Coronavirus Update – 19 May 2020
As an event organiser, our primary concern and priority is the health and safety of all those who attend our events.
In light of the government’s recent ‘recovery strategy’ announcement which has provided clarity and guidance on the status of gatherings in the UK until July, we have made the difficult decision to further postpone the IHCAN Summit.
Further to this, with many of our speakers based internationally, and the future of international travel unclear, we have unfortunately had to postpone all further events, and reschedule them to 2021.
The full schedule change can be found below:
IHCAN Conference+, 4 July 2020 -> 20 March 2021
IHCAN Conference, 12 September 2020 -> 10 April 2021
IHCAN Conference, 21 November 2020 -> 15 May 2021.
IHCAN Summit & NNA AGM and Conference, 27 June 2020 -> 26 June 2021
The speaker line ups for each event remain the same.
Your ticket/s have been automatically transferred.
We understand and appreciate the amount of planning which goes into attending our events and would like to thank you for your understanding during this incredibly challenging time.
We also appreciate how important the events are to all our delegates, so I’m delighted to say we are working on some exciting new ideas launching this Autumn, with more information to follow in the coming weeks. In the meantime, we have a whole host of CPD accredited webinars planned for the coming weeks and months. For more information, and to register free, visit www.ihcanconferences.co.uk/webinar.
Coronavirus Update – 21 April 2020
Our thoughts are with everyone who has been impacted by the current COVID-19 outbreak.
We are continuing to keep a close eye on government advice and information from our venues, and will update exhibitors and delegates as soon as we have more information.
Coronavirus Update – 4 March 2020
Our thoughts are with everyone who has been impacted by the current COVID-19 outbreak.
As an event organiser, our primary concern and priority is the health and safety of all those who attend our events.
While large exhibitions and sporting events in affected areas are understandably being cancelled, other events in Europe and the UK are unaffected. The advice from Government, at this stage, is that businesses should continue to operate as normal.
In light of this, our events will take place as normal.
We are working closely with our venues to ensure additional sanitation is available, including additional cleaning staff and routine checks, cleaning of shared equipment and hand sanitiser dispensers available around the venue.
We will continue to monitor the situation and post any additional updates here and through our social media channels.
Additional guidance from the government can be found at: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-covid-19-information-for-the-public
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please contact the event manager, Georgia Barnes: Georgia.Barnes@targetpublishing.com.
We look forward to seeing you at the IHCAN Summit 2020.
