Questions and Answers
Can histamine affect a person’s testosterone level?
Looking into this since receiving this question, I realized why I have glossed over this subject in my research in the past. It’s a bit of a double-edged sword. On one level, I think of testosterone as suppressing histamine release systemically. But locally in tissues like the gonads, histamine is released to stimulate vasodilation and assist in follicle development in women and sperm development in men, essential for fertility and therefore use of antihistamines should be judicious when trying to conceive.

Can you recommend a sulphorane supplement?
Sulforaphane supplements are best assimilated when glucoraphanin is combined with a source of myrosinase enzyme. This combination activates sulforaphane in the gut. My favorites are Broc Shot, BroccoProtect, and SulforaClear.
